TOBIN project makes shortlist for Engineers Ireland – Engineering Project of the Year
TOBIN Consulting Engineers is proud to be shortlisted for this year’s Engineers Ireland Excellence Awards.
TOBIN Consulting Engineers is delighted to be shortlisted for this year’s Engineers Ireland Excellence Awards in the ‘Engineering Project of the Year’ category. These awards celebrate the best in Irish Engineering and recognise the achievements of organisations who have demonstrated exceptional engineering skills and who have made a significant contribution to the engineering body of knowledge in Ireland.
Our shortlisted project, the Irish Institute of Sport – High Performance Centre, based at the National Sports Campus in Dublin, currently supports 18 high performance sports, upwards of 160 athletes and 46 coaches across the Irish sporting community. The main work elements undertaken in this project include a new 4-lane, 130 metre long sprint-track with associated performance-analysis equipment and an integrated long-jump area; a purpose built strength and conditioning gym, a mixed training zone, a boxing training zone and a changing village.
This award is subject to input from the general public by means of an online vote. This public vote will close on Friday 21 October at 5pm.
