Jaroslaw is a Senior Surveyor and Technician in TOBIN’s Building and Infrastructure Division.  Prior to joining TOBIN, he spent 11 years’ working as a supervisor within the construction industry and has also worked as a Surveyor with the Land Registry office, compiling maps for Architects and Engineers and creating a database of numeric maps. As a Senior Surveyor and Technician, Jaroslaw’s roles and responsibilities include preparing sets of drawings for Civil Engineering and Building Works projects, preparing Fire Safety Certificate Applications and Disability Access Certificate Applications, preparing 3D Model Drawing, preparing land registry compliant maps and topographical survey.
