James joined TOBIN’s Building & Infrastructure Divisions in February 2021 with five years previous experience in the pavement management and testing industry. James graduated with a degree in Civil Energy Systems Engineering in 2016 and a Masters in Road and Transportation Engineering in 2020. He has experience in the design of civil infrastructure, site development works, health & safety and planning applications.
