Patrick Cunningham in our Roads & Transportation Division was delighted to attend the official handover ceremony of the Dunkellin Flood Relief Scheme project.
The handover was performed by Minister for the Office of Public Works and Flood Relief, Patrick O’Donovan TD, with local elected representative Sean Canney TD, Anne Rabbitte T.D., Ciaran Cannon TD with local councillors and residents in attendance, who are overjoyed with the completion of this project and that their homes and now safe and secure from the threat of flooding.
TOBIN Consulting Engineers are very proud to have been involved in this project, acting as Designer and PSDP to support Galway County Council and the Office of Public Works in alleviating the flooding that has taken place between Craughwell and Kilcolgan over the years.
