Serena joined TOBIN’s Environment and Planning division in 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager in our Dublin Office. She holds an MSc in Environmental Sustainability and has over 10 years experience in engineering and environmental consultancy, working with leading public and private sector clients across a range of sectors including, environment, sustainability, waste, resource, sustainable urban development, transport, energy, and pharmaceutical.

She has extensive multidisciplinary experience, working across a wide range of projects and areas, with experience in project co-ordination and management, research, data collection & analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and environmental assessment and reporting, including EIA, environmental constraints, environmental compliance reporting, and preparation and co-ordination of industrial emissions and waste license applications.

In her spare time, Serena loves roller skating, reading, and travelling.
