Karina holds a master’s degree in civil engineering (2022) from Polytechnic Institute of Leiria in Portugal, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (2016) and in mathematics (2010) from Catholic University of Santos in Brazil.
Karina has recently joined TOBIN Building and Infrastructure division as a Structural Designer Engineer in the Galway office. She brings with her over 4 years working as a Design Engineer and Site Supervisor in Brazil and
Portugal on commercial, residential, and educational projects. She also brings with her 7 years of experience working in the educational field as a mathematics teacher and pedagogical coordinator in Brazil.

In her spare time, Karina enjoys reading, doing yoga, and travelling.
