TOBIN was honoured to be present at the grand opening of the Colm Horkan Memorial Pitch & Community Walkways for Charlestown Sarsfields GAA Club. This facility is dedicated to the memory of the late Detective Garda Colm Horkan, and the pitch was officially inaugurated by Taoiseach Simon Harris.
The ceremony was attended by various national and local dignitaries, as well as a large gathering of GAA representatives and local residents.
The project involved the creation of a new full-size all-weather grass pitch and a walking track. We were proud to contribute our engineering services to this project and would like to extend our congratulations to the main pitch contractors Prunty Pitches and everyone else involved in making this inspiring initiative a reality.
