Due to continued growth in our Technical Advisory Service Team, TOBIN is currently seeking to recruit an ambitious and self-driven Health and Safety/PSDP Specialist to join us in our Dublin or Galway office
As a member of our Technical Advisory Services Team, a team within the TOBIN Building & Infrastructure department and through mentoring with senior members of staff within TOBIN, the Health and Safety/PSDP Specialist will be required to have the following skills and experience:
Note – Any experience in a role related to BCAR would be an advantage (Building Control Amendment Regulations, Assigned Certifier, BCMS system etc)
Required skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ demonstrated experience in a PSDP/H&S role.
- Recognised relevant professional qualification (Engineering or Architecture or Science or Construction preferred).
- Highly organised and capable of working on your own initiative.
- Excellent report writing, technical reviewing and communication skills.
- Own transport and licence
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Irish Building Regulations
- Ability to present clear and concise reports.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite & other related software applications required.
- Fluent written and spoken English
