TOBIN Consulting Engineers is delighted to announce that substantial completion has been achieved on the Edenderry Inner Relief Road Phase 1 Project for Offaly County Council.
TOBIN were the main Designers providing full detailed design, Project Management, PSDP Services and acted as Employer’s Representatives on this project.
Well done to Tower Plant & Civil Engineering and everyone else who ensured the project’s successful delivery, including Ciaran Reilly (our geotechnical sub-consultant) and the collaboration received working with the Roads and Transport section of Offaly County Council and Area Engineer Mark Mahon.
