TOBIN is delighted to announce the commencement of the Birr North Distributor Road project for Offaly County Council, where we are proud to serve as the Design Consultant alongside contractor Kenny Civils & Plant Ltd.
This strategically important scheme will deliver a vital new section of road and active travel infrastructure, connecting the N52 and the R439 Birr to Banagher.
Once complete, the project will:
➡️ Relieve traffic congestion in Birr Town by offering an alternative route.
➡️ Promote active travel with improved infrastructure.
➡️ Assist in the decarbonisation of the town centre, contributing to better air quality and a more sustainable environment.
