Technical Director Thomas MacKey was pleased to attend the recent contract signing for the notable tourism project, the Inis Cealtra (Holy Island) Visitor Centre, in collaboration with Clare County Council.
Set against the backdrop of Mountshannon Harbour and Lough Derg, the historic Old Rectory, dating back to 1905, will undergo repurposing and extension to provide an initial Visitor and Interpretative Centre for Inis Cealtra and Mountshannon.
This project is poised to greatly benefit Clare and the surrounding regions, significantly enhancing the county’s array of tourist attractions.
We are looking forward to continuing our collaboration with Clare County Council and the project team which includes McCullough Mulvin Architects and Tandem Design through construction stage, and look forward to completing this project in 2025 by providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.
