TOBIN Consulting Engineers is delighted to be involved in the Limerick Regeneration Framework Implementation Plan Status Update 2023 – 2030 project for Limerick County Council.
This project involves a status update on the Limerick Regeneration Framework Implementation Plan 2014 (LRFIP). The LRIPF sets out a strategy structured around the pillars of physical, social and economic regeneration aimed at tackling issues of deprivation, social disorder and criminality affecting Limerick’s most disadvantaged estates, and is supported with funding from the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government. It is recognised that continued investment is required to ensure the regeneration communities reach their full potential, and LRFIP Status Update 2023-2030 will inform the strategic direction for the future of Limerick’s Regeneration Programme.
The ambition is to create safe and sustainable communities, attract new inward business investment, encourage new local businesses, and provide high-quality & flexible accommodation spaces.
We look forward to working with our design team partners KPMG Future Analytics and O’Mahony Pike Architects on this exciting project that will see Limerick City transform over the coming years.
