This project consisted of the demolition of the existing bungalow at 105 Salthill Road Upper and the construction of 39 luxury apartments with balconies. The development consists of 2 blocks:

  • Block A is a seven-storey building facing onto the Salthill Promenade, comprising of 27 apartments.
  • Block B is a four-storey building facing onto Lower Salthill Road, comprising of 12 apartments.

All apartments are BER A-rated apartments with extensive glazing throughout amplifying the views. The works also included for a ground floor courtyard with sculpture and a play area, and a rainwater harvesting system. The central courtyard includes a play area for children, picnic tables, bench seating and a lawn area. Parking at the new apartment complex is achieved through 31 parking spaces in a basement car park and 30 bicycle stand spaces.
