Brian holds the position of Executive Director in TOBIN’s Civil I Design Build I Water (CDBW) Division, and is the Framework Representative leading the TOBIN McAdam Wood partnership on the current Irish Water Engineering Design Services Framework. Brian is a specialist in project management, particularly in the areas of value and risk management. He has brought these specialist skills and techniques to a wide variety of projects in his long career to date with TOBIN.

A keen follower of all sports, outside of work Brian is a member of the Munster Rugby Supporters Club and is a long suffering fan of Tottenham Hotspurs.
