Enda is an Associate Director and Lead Quantity Surveyor here at TOBIN and has over 15 years’ experience on all aspects of cost planning, procurement and commercial management and has gained significant experience both in Ireland and in the UK.  He works and advises clients in cost planning and estimation from concept to tender stage, ensuring best value for money to the client and project teams, whilst providing valuable strategic risk & contingency advice throughout the development of the project. He also has valuable experience in pre & post contract services & administration of projects for both the contractor and clients, dealing with the assessment & submission of payments applications, delay & disruption claims variations, cost reporting & forecasting and other day to day contractual issues.

Qualifications:

BSc in Quantity Surveying, Limerick IT, 2007
Professional Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Registered Quantity Surveyor in accordance with the Building Controls Act 2007
