Esaivani joined TOBIN’s Building & Infrastructure division as a Project Engineer in the Dublin office. She graduated from the University of KwaZulu Natal South Africa in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSc). She is from South Africa and relocated to Ireland in January 2020. Esaivani has varied experience in Civil Engineering. She has worked on civil design aspects for planning projects such as schools, residential and commercial urban development projects and produced associated reports for planning submissions. Esaivani also has some project management experience.

Her hobbies include running, reading, and playing music, and since last year she has taken up an interest in salsa dance classes. Esaivani believes in continuous learning for personal growth and development and is currently keeping herself busy by doing a Part-time Masters in Sustainable Infrastructure through Technological University of Dublin and has completed one full year and is in her second year of the programme.
