John is a Chartered Engineer who joined TOBIN in November 2019.  He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Queens University, Belfast and a Masters in Roads and Transportation Engineering from Sligo IT.  He has over 21 years of  experience in the design and construction of all nature of road projects. He has vast experience in both the public and private sectors.  He has led teams in the development of all phases of road project development from Feasibility to Handover.

Away from work, he is an avid GAA supporter and manages the senior team in his own club and he also enjoys a round of golf any place he gets a chance.
