Karina O’DonnellHydrogeologist - Environment & Planning

    Karina has joined the Environment and Planning Division as a Hydrogeologist in the Galway Office. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Galway in Earth and Ocean Sciences and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Queens University, Belfast, with her Masters thesis focusing on the potential for geothermal energy in Northern Ireland. For the past year, Karina has been working abroad as a Hydrogeologist in Vancouver, mainly focusing on environmental monitoring and contaminated site remediation.

    In her spare time, Karina enjoys scuba diving with the local Galway diving club.
