Kevin graduated in 2020 from the University of Limerick  (UL), with a bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining TOBIN, he worked as a fibre engineer as part NBI project. Since then he has worked as a design engineer primarily on small to medium-scale transportation projects including active travel schemes and traffic management plans for national projects. He has a good understanding of TII documents and Dmurs and applying these standards to his designs, with the aid of various software packages.

As a native of Co. Mayo, he has a keen interest in the GAA and in his newly adopted club in Co. Clare. He enjoys all things outdoors including cycling, running, sea swimming and hiking. In his free time, he has recently taken up Olympic lifting.
