Michael Nolan holds the position of CAD / GIS Manager in TOBIN’s Energy & Environment section. Michael has over 16 years’ experience across multiple fields, Including energy, waste management, extractive industries and roads and infrastructure.

Michael is a specialist in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Michael has extensive experience working on the design and drawings for Contract and Construction stage, Environmental Impact Statements, Planning and Waste Licence Applications. Michael also has experience in GIS mapping, spatial analysis and data management.
