Sinéad is an Associate Director within TOBIN’s Environment & Planning division and has extensive experience in the areas of planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in Ireland. She has managed planning applications and EIAR’s for large-scale multi-disciplinary renewable energy projects as well as for commercial, industrial and residential developments and quarries. She has particular experience in feasibility assessment, constraints analysis, infrastructure siting and design and technical review of documentation for wind and solar projects.
She holds an Honours Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Galway and an Honours Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Queens University Belfast. Having worked in the public, industrial and consultancy sectors during her career to date, she also has attained extensive experience in EPA Industrial Emissions and Waste licensing, Greenhouse Gas permits, Dumping at Sea permits and Environmental auditing.
